This Privacy Policy applies to the RFIDORA software application and marketing website, developed and operated by Smart Tech Miami, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide RFID inventory scanning, POS integration, and AI warehouse assistance:

• Account Information: Name, business email, store location preferences, and password credentials via Firebase Authentication.
• Inventory Data: Product titles, SKUs, barcode numbers, EPC RFID tag IDs, inventory quantities, price metadata, and operational zones.
• Device & Hardware Info: Bluetooth connection metadata for paired Zebra RFID sleds (RFD40/RFD90) and network IP addresses for paired Zebra thermal printers.

2. Device Hardware Permissions & Usage

• Bluetooth: Used solely to discover, connect, and receive UHF RFID tag reads from paired Zebra handheld readers.
• Microphone: Used exclusively for speech-to-text dictation when the operator taps the AI Copilot microphone button. Audio recordings are processed in memory and never permanently stored or sold.
• Local Network: Used to dispatch thermal label print jobs directly to Zebra printers on the store Wi-Fi network (port 9100).

3. Third-Party Integrations & Cloud Services

RFIDORA connects securely with enterprise services under authorization by the account holder:

• Google Firebase & Firestore: Secure cloud data storage, database sync, and identity management with TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Shopify & Square: Read and write inventory sync under merchant OAuth or API credentials.
• Google Gemini AI: Natural language processing for warehouse query resolution.
• Stripe: Encrypted payment processing for monthly or annual subscriptions. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Data Security & Retention

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or store inventory data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You may request export or permanent deletion of your account and inventory data at any time by contacting our support team at support@rfidora.com.
